2.2 Time Limit
- Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery
- Wrong items must be reported within 3 days of delivery
2.3 Who Pays for Shipping
- KuKirin covers all related costs, including return shipping and replacement shipping
2.4 Refund or Solution
Depending on the situation, we will provide:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement, or
- Repair service or spare parts
2.5 Return Location
Returns for quality issues will be handled through our designated warehouse or service center (EU, UK, or international).

- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after approval
3. Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)
3.1 What Can Be Returned
Returns for non-quality reasons are only accepted if:

- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories

4. Non-Returnable Situations

- KuKirin will cover all costs
- A replacement or full refund will be provided
5.2 Incorrect Shipping Address
If the buyer provides an incorrect address:
- The buyer is responsible for reshipping costs
5.3 Refused or Uncollected Packages
If a package is refused or not collected:
- The refund will be reduced by:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost (€100–€400)
5.4 Disassembled or Used Products
If the product has been opened, assembled, or slightly used:
- Up to 50% of the product price may be refunded
- Shipping costs will be deducted
5.5 Incorrect Accessories Ordered
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping
- The refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs
