I. Shipping Coverage and Tax Policy
Applicable Regions:
We currently ship only to the following 25 EU countries:
Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia, Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Austria, Italy, Sweden, France, Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland, Estonia, Greece, Germany, Luxembourg, Latvia, Slovenia, and Romania.
Non-EU Regions:
Shipping is not yet available to regions outside of the above-listed countries.
Tax Information:
All product prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT).
For the listed 25 EU countries, no additional import duties or shipping fees will be charged.
II. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 12–24 hours on business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
Shipping and Delivery:
Orders are shipped from our Poland warehouse within 24 business hours.
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. (Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on logistics conditions.)
Out-of-Stock Items:
Please allow 10–14 business days for shipment after restocking.
