2.3 You must read KuKirin’s Privacy Policy, which governs the protection and use of your personal information held by KuKirin and our affiliates. You agree to the use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2.4 KuKirin may allow you to access content, products, or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of text links, banners, channels, or otherwise), APIs, or other means leading to third-party websites. You are advised to read the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of such third-party websites before using them. You acknowledge that KuKirin has no control over these third-party websites, does not monitor them, and shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such websites or any content, products, or services made available on them.
2.5 You agree not to take any action that undermines the integrity of KuKirin’s or any other User’s computer systems or networks, nor to gain unauthorized access to such systems or networks.
2.6 You agree not to take any action that may undermine the integrity of KuKirin’s feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for yourself using secondary Member IDs, through third parties, or leaving unsubstantiated negative feedback for another User.
3. User’s Responsibilities
3.1 You must register an account on the Site to use some Services. Except with KuKirin’s prior approval, one User may only register one account on the Site. KuKirin may cancel or terminate your account if it has reason to suspect that you have concurrently registered or controlled two or more accounts. KuKirin also reserves the right to reject your registration application for any reason.
3.2 Upon registration, KuKirin will assign an account to you and issue a user ID and password (the password shall be chosen by you during registration). The account may include a web-based email account with limited storage space for sending or receiving emails. By becoming a KuKirin User, you consent to authorize KuKirin to store and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.3 A set of user ID and password is unique to one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user ID and password, and for all activities conducted under your account. You may not share, assign, or permit any person outside your own business entity to use your account, user ID, or password. You agree to notify KuKirin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password, account, or any other security breach related to your account.
3.4 You agree that all activities conducted under your account (including, but not limited to, posting company or product information, clicking to accept additional agreements or rules, subscribing to or paying for any services, and sending emails using the account’s email function) will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.5 You acknowledge that sharing your account with others or allowing multiple users to use your account (collectively referred to as “multiple use”) may cause irreparable harm to KuKirin or other Users. You shall indemnify KuKirin, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives against any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of profits) caused by the multiple use of your account. You also agree that if your account is used by multiple users or you fail to maintain account security, KuKirin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such breach, and reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without liability to you.
3.6 You warrant that the information you provide when registering your KuKirin account is accurate, truthful, legal, valid, and belongs solely to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide to KuKirin. KuKirin shall not be held responsible for any errors in the information you provide, nor shall it offer any compensation for losses caused by such errors. You also agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes; KuKirin shall not be liable for service delays or losses caused by your failure to update information.
3.7 You may cancel an order only before it is shipped, by contacting our support center. KuKirin reserves the right to cancel an order for operational reasons, with prior notice sent to your account. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Our Return Policy will take effect upon your receipt of the package.
3.8 You have the right to subscribe to or cancel the newsletter subscription when registering, and this right shall be respected by KuKirin.
3.9 You understand and agree that KuKirin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate all or part of the Services at any time in accordance with its business needs (including, but not limited to, cases where you violate these Terms of Use or engage in unacceptable or unreasonable comments or behaviors that harm KuKirin’s brand image).
3.10 If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our Services, please email us directly via the “Contact Us” channel. You also have the right to file a complaint with official authorities. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you contact third parties, so please contact us first.
4. Conditions of Use

5. Governing Law
When you complete a purchase, a billing statement including “kukirinescootereu.com” and a country code (such as “HK”, “UK”, etc.) will be displayed on the payment page and/or your card statement.
All purchases will be processed by our corresponding entity in the country indicated by the country code on the billing statement and shall be governed by the local laws of that country. If the country code on the billing statement is unclear or there is a dispute regarding the applicable jurisdiction, these Terms of Use and the related purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the France.
