Important Notice
- This warranty policy applies only to orders purchased directly from:
https://www.kukirinescootereu.com/ - Products purchased through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces) are not covered under this warranty policy. In such cases, customers must contact the relevant platform for after-sales support.
- This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
1. Electric Scooter Warranty
1.1 Within 14 Days of Delivery (Initial Defect Period)
If the electric scooter is confirmed to have a manufacturing or material defect within 14 days of delivery:
Available solutions:
- Free repair service
- Free replacement of defective parts
- Replacement of the entire product (if necessary)
- Return and refund (if the case meets eligibility conditions)
Shipping costs:
- All shipping costs are fully covered by KuKirin
1.2 After 14 Days and Within 12 Months (Warranty Period)
If the product presents a confirmed quality issue after 14 days and within 12 months of delivery:
KuKirin will provide original replacement parts and repair instructions.
Available options:
A. Self-Repair Option
- KuKirin will provide original replacement parts free of charge
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the parts
B. Return-to-Repair Option
- KuKirin may provide a return shipping label where applicable
- Repair service is provided free of charge
- After repair is completed, the return shipping cost for sending the product back to the customer is borne by the customer
⚠️ Important Notes
- All warranty cases are subject to technical inspection and final confirmation of eligibility
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days (excluding shipping time)
2. Wear and Tear Parts Warranty
Wear and tear parts include, but are not limited to:
- Tires
- Brake pads
- Brake cables
Warranty conditions:
- Within 14 days: eligible for free replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed
- After 14 days: damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use is not covered under warranty
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Use of non-original or third-party parts
- Accidental damage, collision, or impact
- Misuse or improper operation
- Water damage, including riding in water deeper than 4 cm
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, strong wind, etc.)
- Damage caused by dust, debris, or foreign objects
- Improper storage conditions (humidity, heat, or prolonged sunlight exposure)
- Corrosion, condensation, or environmental damage
- Serial number removed, damaged, or unreadable
- Intentional damage
- Product exceeding the 12-month warranty period
4. EU After-Sales Information
- Products purchased separately as accessories are not covered under this warranty policy
- The warranty period starts from the date of delivery
- All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection and final confirmation
- Warranty service does not automatically include refunds
- Refunds are only available where required by applicable law or under the Return & Refund Policy
